Dr. Titus Oladipo Adeboye
(CHAIRMAN) MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Dr. Titus Adeboye is an industrialist involved in agriculture, from farming to production. He is a trained Management consultant who has conducted a wide range of studies for Federal and State Governments in Sub-Saharan Africa as well as for various private organisations.
He obtained a BSc. in Economics from the University of Ibadan and an M.A in Economics from Williams College Massachusetts U.S.A. He attended Harvard Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA gaining a Doctorate in Business Administration in 1977.
Dr Adeboye has completed several publications on Governance and Economic Policy, Economic Development, Technology transfer, Industrialization in Sub-Saharan Africa amongst many others.
He has served as Commissioner for the National Planning Commission (the presidency Abuja) in charge of 1. Plans, budget and programmes 2. Macroeconomic Management 3. Environment and 4. Research (2000-2004)
He was Managing Director at Africa Technology Development Link in Nairobi, Kenya and Accra, Ghana (1997–2000), Co-ordinator and later Executive Director at African Technology Policy Studies in Nairobi, Kenya (1994-1997), Principal partner New Decade Consultants (1992-1993, 1980-1988), Commissioner for Agriculture and Natural Resources in Kwara State and later Commissioner for Finance in the newly formed Kogi State (1988-1991).
Prof. Olufemi Kayode
(VICE CHAIRMAN) PROFESSOR
Professor M. O Kayode is a practicing Professor of Economics at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He was pioneer Director of the Consultancy Services Unit and Coordinating Director of the Centre for Resource Management and Consultancy at the University of Ibadan. He served on the Board of the Central Bank of Nigeria for six years and was on the Programmes Committee of the African Economic Research Consortium, later becoming Chairman. He was president of the Nigerian Economic Society and a member of the Council of Nigerian Institute of Management.
He obtained a PhD from the University of Ibadan in 1972, an International Teachers Certificate in Business Education from the Harvard Business School, USA in 1968 and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from London School of Economics in 1967.
He has published several books on Nigeria's economic development and has undertaken several consultancy assignments at international level such as working with the World Bank to contribute to the development of the oil palm industry in Nigeria and preparing an advocacy paper on the Malaria Initiative for the 21st century as well as at African Technology Development Link (Techlink) Nairobi on the Kenyan National Hospital Insurance Fund.
Mazi Udochuku Uwakaneme
Mazi Udochuku Uwakaneme is a management consultant with over 40 years experience. His expertise includes product and corporate strategy, market research and strategy studies. He works as an expert and coach in Mind Capacity Building for performance enhancement. He obtained a BSc. Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University, studied Engineering science of plastics at Princeton University and holds the MBA (1966) from Harvard Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts U.S.A.
His professional experience includes consulting for both small and major national and international corporations, Nigerian Federal and State Governments and multilateral agencies such as UNIDO, UNICEF, IMF, AMSCO, APDF and ISVS and also the Ford Foundation; consultant (Quality Assurance) to CBN for Financial System Strategy 2020 project; consultant to Nigerian banks. His experience further includes assignments in business turnaround for businesses in Nigeria and New York City.
For over 40 years, as Chief Consultant for Ujamaa Consultants Ltd, Lagos, he headed research, sectoral studies, feasibility studies and strategy implementation. He was one of the founding members of Nigeria Economic Summit Group, and one of the core consultants to Nigeria's Vision 2010 national vision project. He served as a past president of the Nigerian Association of Management Consultants, Enabling Environment Forum and of the Harvard Business School Association of Nigeria. He is a Technical Director at SMS Ltd, a professional research company, and a Director of BezAhol Technologies Ltd, an Industrial projects development Company. He is founder of CYLAGE Institute (Challenging Your Limitations And Growing Everyday), and a pioneer ssociate of the International Peace Academy (New York)
Alh. Suleiman Yahyah
Alhaji Suleiman Yahyah is a leading entrepreneur with interest spanning several sectors of the Nigerian economy. President Goodluck Jonathan conferred him with the Nigerian honour as Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) in 2014 in recognition of his excellence and leadership role in promoting Nigeria’s corporate interest globally. He possesses a bachelors degree in Economics from Bayero University Kano (1987) and obtained a MPhil in Economics and Politics of Development from Cambridge University (UK). He is an alumnus of INSEAD business school and is the first African-certified Corporate Governance Director.
Alhaji Yahyah is the founder of Asokoro Island Development. He serves as the Group Chairman of Rosehill Group. Alhaji Yahyah served as the Chairman of the Board of the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (NAHCO) and sits on numerous Boards, including Empire Securities Limited and Lafarge Ashaka Cement Plc, First City Monument Bank (FCMB) Group, RoseCom Net, Rose Hill Group Limited, Talafon Telecommunications, and NUB International.
Alhaji Yahyah has provided financial advisory to several organisations and has publications on Third World Debt Crisis, Financial Liberalisation and Economic Deregulation. He authored the 2010 Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance and also served as a member of the "Vision 20-20-20" federal government strategy group. Alhaji Yahyah served as a member of the 30-man led Federal Government delegation that contributed to the 1994 CODESA Negotiations in South Africa. He is a member of the Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG); Alfred Marshall Economic Society, England; and Nigeria Internet Group. He is a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Directors (IOD) and a member of the London Institute of Directors, Pall Mall.
Angela Gbemisola Adeboye-Attah

Prior to consulting, Angela worked as a Private Wealth Manager for the Standard Bank group in Lagos, Nigeria for six years and briefly for the Debt Management Office in the Presidency in Abuja, Nigeria. She served on the Committee reviewing and implementing payroll and budget systems for the Federal Government of Nigeria in 2013 and is on the editorial board of Thisday Newspapers. She is a patron at the Little Saints Orphanage and founder of the Beulah foundation which helps youth in rural communities to lead positive lives.
